Craig- I am always on the search for the best To Do app. And yet, as much as I love gadgets and apps, I, like Barbara Todaro love my post-it notes. For the new year I'm going to give this one a try. Have a Very Happy New Year.

Craig,
Thank you for this review, well done.
The list of things that needs to get done seems to get longer. I'm gonna give this app a shot.
Cheers!

Craig, Believe it or not I still use a pad and pen for my lists. It works and works well for me. I’m never without them. That said, this is an app I think I will try.

Thanks for the information Craig, I too like my post it notes but will check it out. Happy New Year to you and yours.
Craig Daniels ... I'm married to my "wunderlist". My wife is my Assistant and Marketing person. Believe me. The chances are 'nil that I will forget or overlook anything ...

Craig, this app sounds like it could be very useful. Thanks for sharing. I will check it out. Happy New Year!
I will check out wunderlist.com. Have been using Outlook Tasks and created my own folder in MS Access called "Tidbits", something akin to Evernote. Anything to improve life! Clicked LIKE. Craig Daniels Would you be one of my calling friends on Debbie Reynolds January Contest?
my email is BestHomes@Hawaii.rr.com phone
I tried this app ages ago and for some reason it just wasn't "my thing." I'm still of the old, carry my book and put to-do's into it.
Craig Daniels -- I have been using Evernote for this purpose. I see a lot of similarity between these two applications. I believe Evernote may be better for cutting and pasting and editing text. I use Evernote to gather all the information from various sources for new listings. This info comes from the county tax records, discussions with the Sellers and possibly neighbors. As the listing progresses, I add information as provided or requested by Buyers. Evernote is also "in the cloud," so the info is available in my smartphone or my tablet.
I will check out Wunderlist, as well.

I'll have to try this to reduce the paper to-do lists that litter my desk.
Craig Daniels Happy New Year to my teacher!
Thanks for another opportunity to make things wor more smoothly.

Craig : I am going to try this first for my sometimes elusive grocery list that I either forget or my family loses when I have them run to the store. Thanks for the tip!

Craig,
I've been a Wunderlist user for quite some time. Powerful multi-platform app.

Craig - first - Happy New Year!
Secondly, WOW! that is great! I am a fan already!
Thanks!
Craig, I read this after having just completed three notebook pages of a to-do list. Having it electronically like this seems like a good way to handle things so one does not have to keep recopying the unfinished items into new lists. I do like pen and paper! However, it is time to change with the times and I see this as a great organizational tool. Thank you for the tip!
Wunderlist I have used and it is excellent. Another thought because a tool is only great if you use it consistently is if you have all Apple products then when you enter something into the notes or reminders, just like with the calnedar it is on all devices automatically.
I will have to check out Wunderlist. I've been using google calendar for a while and it's been enough for me but Wunderlist sounds very interesting.
Even easier to do with the notes app on Apple and other apps on Android devices.
This is a great app. I started using it a few months ago. Your post gave a good insight of how it works.
Apt to add the app... so many but if save time, money, footsteps and gas for everyone.. ring it up.
This one looks really easy to use. Last week I was introduced to Keep by Google and I really am liking that one right now
Craig Daniels as much as I like these apps, there are too many of them - and at times I get lost in them! Downloaded the FREE version (paid version for $49,99/year) and hope to use it sometimes soon.
We like it especially the free part. This year I am going to get rid of things that charge monthly fees. Tired of being a prisoner.
It has been a while since I visited this app, it does seem to have matured a bit.
Thanks for the intro to the new and improved wunderlist.
Craig thanks for pointing out wunderlist. I am a avid Evernote user but will take a look at wunderlist.
I am looking forward to checking out wunderlist. It looks like a very useful app.
I have been using Wunderlist, but I had no idea it was as powerful as you taught us above. THANK YOU!
Craig - Thanks for the heads up on this app... I will have to check it out, since it seems to fit a definite need for my scheduling.
I think I said something about this last night and I meant it. The New Year's can start off well with this app!
AJ Heidmann, I do really like this and I wish existed in the travel form moreso. Happy new apps to us, I guess.
This sounds like something that could be easier to manage than the post-it note method Craig. :)
Craig - I have Wunderlist, but haven't been using it, I may have to revisit..

Looks interesting, but after awhile I start to suffer from app overload and those that I really use tend to rise to the top. I have tried Evernote and couldn't get my head around it. Wunderlist--for me--may fall into the same category. For the time being I use Notes on my iPhone and that syncs to my iMac, so it is working for now. But I love these first hand app reviews, so thank you for sharing.
Thx Craig. I bookmarked this yesterday. It looks helpful, although I have been more successful w/ paper lists.
I will have to check this out. Too often I am not at my desk where I can write a list.
Makes you wonder what people did 50 years ago...in the pen and paper days
This is cool Craig. Thanks! My wife sends me out with the list for groceries. I can remember up to 12 things. Beyond that I am not able. I wonder if this app could help???
Nice to know about this app Craig Daniels ... and I'm a techie at heart. However, a notepad on my desk with the super-important tasks to do on the first page and everything else on the second page is good enough for me. I will put time sensitive items in my online calendar to be reminded.

I have so many of these and keep going back to the notebook in my pocket. Maybe 2015 will be the year I go paperless.
Does wunderlist include recurring tasks? So many of the things I do every week are repetitive tasks from the previous week i.e. paying bills on Monday, marketing on Tuesday. I got off of Outlook about a year ago and starting using the "Todoist" app because it has great recurring task functions and can be used on all platforms. Will check wunderlist out now.

Craig Daniels How did you know what my desk looked like? I am a post-it-note junkie. Will have to take a look at Wunderlist. Thanks and Happy New Year!
Craig - I have not used this although I use may Outlook calendar with reminders.
I love checklists, there is something about completing a task and checking it off the list.
Sounds like the perfect tool at the perfect price. I'm heading off to try it now.
I'm using Google Tasks also....I can catagorize for my company and for my clients' properties.
Thank you for introducing us to Wunderlist, Craig. With so many apps out there, it's good to get a recommendation from someone in "the know".
Thanks for sharing this app with us today. I will research it over the weekend. Anything to make us better organized and productive.
I was a bit skeptical but since I am always leaving my grocery list behind I thought I might give it a try. I typed it in on my computer and had it on my phone at the store. Thanks for the tip.
Hi Craig, I will add this to my 2015 tech tools. Thanks for sharing it with us and Happy New Year to you and your family. D
Thanks for sharing! Technology on the go is very important these days. I will certainly check this app out!

Craig:
Wunderlist was reviewed in the Tech Bytes section of the 4th quarter 2014 issue of Valuation magazine by the Appraisal Institute that I was reading this weekend. Your posting is clearer and gave great screenshots that the magainze artlce lacked. Thanks!

Another neat post Craig Daniels ... Miss your work on Active Rain my friend.
Craig this looks like a great app. I am going to have to check it out. I am always looking for a good working to-do/project program. I am currently Mindmanager, which I love but it is starting to take forever to load and has troubles syncing with all my gadgets.
Thanks for the info, Craig.
I have the APP downloading now and will give it a try.
