As we end one year and start another, I want to thank all those people that choose me to either list and sell a property for them, or you bought a property from me during 2014.
Many of you have been long time customers some of you it's the first transaction you have done with me. Some of you it has been awhile, maybe 2015 you are thinking of buying or selling Real Estate, if so I hope you will think of me as the person to represent you.

2014 was the best year for me since the market crash of 2008. I believe 2015 will be a better year again than 2014. I am now entering my 25th year as a Realtor in Montrose, during that time there have been up's and downs, but mostly up.
