Resolve to Use Video Marketing in 2015

Services for Real Estate Pros with HouseLens: Video Marketing for Real Estate

Before I joined HouseLens, my colleague Jim Griffin shared some great blog posts on the benefits of video marketing. He's since turned that topic over to me, but in honor of the new year, today he's repurposing a great post from 2014: why you should resolve to add video to your real estate marketing plan.

He's updated his original post and is sharing some great statistics about the power of video marketing, along with some practical suggestions for just how you can incorporate video into your marketing.

Hop over to his blog and check it out!

David, video marketing is becoming more and more important in our industry.  This year I also need to work towards increasing my video marketing.  Happy New Year!

I definately want to add more video to my marketing. I've got the tools, I've got the vision, sometimes I'm lacking in the execution and comfort in front of the lense.

I think being on camera takes most folks out of their comfort zone, Michael--you are definitely not alone! Keep in mind that there are plenty of videos you can do that don't require you to play the star. Don't let that hold you back!

Recorded and live videos are both important to use when establishing a relationship and trust with clients, marketing your listings, and promoting your business. And yes, most of us are camera shy, but practice makes perfect, right?
