Recycle your Christmas Tree in Nashville TN!

Christmas Tree

Metro Nashville has 11 Drop off Sites for live Christmas Trees. This is an excellent way to recycle your tree and help the city.

All the trees are taken to the Mulching Facility in Bordeaux where they are mulched. The mulch is either sold or used on the many hiking trails throughout the city.

All lights, ornaments and tinsel must be removed. The city will not accept trees that have been flocked. The drop off sites will be available until February 9th.

These are the site to Recycle your Nashville Christmas tree:

Live trees are such a nice addition to a home during the holidays but it's better to recycle them than just throw them in the trash. Nashville has lots of locations making it convenient to do.

Always good the recycle.  I have had my artificial tree since 2005.  I love it.

Tammie - I love a live tree, but not the mess that goes with it.

Tom - I always see them piled up a warner parks when I'm over there. Nice they become useful mulch instead of trash.

Debbie - I expect I'll be seeing them too.
