Old Colorado City sits on the West side of Colorado Springs and is North of Hwy 24 with the front range mountains to the West and Garden of the Gods on the Northwest side.  

 

Popular for charm, architectural styles including Victorian, Bungalow and Craftsman to  name a few.  High walking scores are often found because of the quaint commercial district of shops, dining, coffee, music and more.  Parks for hiking and trails that connect across Colorado Springs and readily accessible.  

 

Although this report focuses on single family homes you can also find townhouses and condos in the area

 

From December 1 - December 31, 2014 there were 86 listings for Single Family Homes in the Old Colorado City Area.  Of those:

 

55 are active on the market

11 are under contract

  1 is under contract (short sale approval pending)

  3 are pending

16 are sold

The list price ranges from $104,900 to $475,000 with an average of 121 days on the market. Sold properties average price was $63,000 to $446,805 with an average of 75 days on the market.
