       Here is your market report for Eastvale, CA.  The Real Estate market in Eastvale continues to be very active and dynamic coming into the new year. The last seven days has seen 20 expired listings, 18 of which were actually within the last 3 days.  Perhaps they expired because they did not list with the Eastvale Team Realty.
