We see significant building in the multi-family apartment area like we haven't seen for decades. Particularly on the close in Metro Accessible locations. For several years the outlying areas have been held back and now is the time that they may move forward allowing others to finally move up or seek their trophy home.
Each segment of the marketplace is different, changing and requires keen attention to the larger marketplace.
