Hello Bette Gottwald . Mission accomplished then.
Halley likes to bark and bite at the tires makes me nervous and yet let her play. Good exercise for her. Her snoring behind me right now will attest to that. Mark

MarK: Halley was either making sure you weren't goofing off or was there to convince you it was time to start doing just that. ;-)

Halley is so beautiful. Is she a Newfoundland? I think those dogs are amazing. She really is intent on making sure you get the job done to her standards. LOL.

At least she didn't have any vocal input. That would have been the icing on the cake.
Good morning Mark. Your post is very funny, I didn't expect the outcome. I guess you must have passed the test, but glad I don't have that kind of manager.

You have a wonderful supervisor in Halley for sure! I bet those folks using "snowblower" as a search term on Google will enjoy reading your outside blog and get a good laugh!
Have a happy day -

Hallley wanted to make sure that you were going to be as dedicated as she is! What a great companion you have there, Mark Don!
Ha ha ha! I agree with everyone that Halley was a warm and welcomed surprise to be the subject of this post :). She restores the original meaning of being barked at by a micro-manager - what a hoot! Thanks for sharing Mark Don McInnes, Sandpoint. ~Lee
I did not have a boss to watch as I shoveled snow in Maryland this morning.

Lynn B. Friedman she definitely has been one of my better bosses.
Joe Petrowsky I was hoping to catch a few people going in the wrong direction. ![]()
Kevin B. Tolbert PA Team Keller Williams Realty of Port St Lucie quite to the contrary, she has a lot of vocal while trying to bite the tires.
Yes Debbie Laity she is a Newfie. My third and by far the biggest handful although the male out weighed her by about 50 pounds. Make it a great week.
LOL Anita Clark . Halley definitely tried to distract me a time or two. Quite the playful little girl with the snow. Mark

Hi Mark Don McInnes, Sandpoint ! First, I have been micro managed, probably for way too many years and now, finally, thankfully not. It's about trust, you earned your place, you know more about it than we do, lead us... But if I were micro managed again, I couldn't think of a better boss than Halley!
A few years back I kept my daughter's cat Charlie for about a year... I soon came to fondly call him Coach Charlie. No matter what I thought was going on and how the house was managed, he, I soon came to recognize, was training me! Like Yoda, he had patience, but on occasion he'd let it rip and through a fit!
I learned so much about life from him.... Happy New Year my Idaho friend. Have a great happy, adventurous and prosperous 2015!
Very cute post. It makes work easier even if you are being monitored by a friendly, furry manager like Halley. I think she must have faith that you would do a good job in the end.
As I began reading this I expected a totally different outcome, and am howling. I sure wouldn't mind having a boss like Hallie Mark Don McInnes, Sandpoint, in fact I'm jealous!
