Greeley Real Estate Market Report for December 2014

Greeley had a good December with an 18% increase in sales over November. Median Sales Price increased $29,000 since January of 2014 and days on market decreased by 14 days over the same time period. Greeley is experiencing a lot of rapid growth and median home sales are catching up to Fort Collins and Loveland very quickly.

Year over year, December 2013 saw the sale of 128 homes while December of 2014 saw the sale of 161 homes. An increase of 26%! Home Building is continuing along the front range as supply has still not been able to meet demand. 2015 should see strong gains in home values in the city of Greeley.
