Kristy Hardy brings a wealth of knowledge with her to the real estate industry, and Homes for Heroes. She has been where you are; as a Medical Professional and Teacher. She realizes what it means to help people and to give back to the community. Especially, to those that sometimes receive so little thanks and recognition.
Before her real estate career began with Keller Williams, Kristy worked in the medical field. She held the positions of Customer Service, Coding Compliance, and Auditing Specialist with major corporations such as Aetna US Health Care, United Health Care, and Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. After several years of educating consumers and medical practitioners, she set her sights on educating and impacting the lives of students. As an English as a Second Language Teacher she worked with several non‐profit organizations, as well as, families from Nepal, Thailand, Vietnam, Africa, and Mexico. She was instrumental in increasing the graduation and college application acceptance rates of her students.

Kristy is a graduate of Elon University. Her charity interests include Breast Cancer Awareness, Animal Rescue & Adoption, and The Wrightsville Beach Museum. Kristy’s favorite sport is Baseball, and she hopes to one day bring Minor League Baseball back to Wilmington.
