            The Lowest Sold Price in Massapequa was $280,000.00 The house was a Hi Ranch in SD 6 and was on the market for 10 days before receiving an offer. It went into contract on 10/22/2014 and closed on 1/5/15.

The Highest Sold Price in Massapequa was $759,000.00. The house was new construction in Massapequa Shores SD 23. It was on the market for 56 days before receiving an offer. It went into contract on 10/31/14 and closed on 1/6/15.
