Hi Tammie,  I bet these are some cool homes.  So what is the YOC that makes them historical?  Over 100 years.

The prices for these historical homes in Franklin are very similar to prices for vintage homes where I sell in East Sacramento. But Sacramento is affordable as far as California overall goes.

Dagny - It is a destination location.

Sybil - Thanks for stopping by.

Beth - Thanks for your continued support.

Belinda Spillman - Although you will find homes that date back to the 1800's, historic Franklin is comprised of a 16-block area from the center of town. You will find historic, as well as, new homes. Some buyers like the look and location of historic homes but don't always want to be bothered with maintaining them. That's why builders have snatched up every possible parcel of land to build homes that look historic and are within walking distance of the square but provide modern amenties. You will find everything from small two bedroom bungalows to stately Southern mansions here.

Elizabeth - The square footage price of homes in historic Franklin are higher.

Joe - They can be a challenge as not everyone wants the upkeep.

Dorie - Thanks for the plug.
