I have been asked by a few agents to explain, Coast in and Win.
Well here goes..
Our company, Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, Runs Open House for the month of January.
Each agent that has an open house will register any persons that attend the Open house and their name is put in a drawing for the $500. When the winner is announced, the agent that held that open house also receives $250.
This is a real incentive for the agents to get out and line up all the Open houses that they can for the month.
