A Realtor & Lender Close a Deal After Buyer goes thru Credit Repair

Our credit repair Company, Credit Builders Inc has Survived Our First Year!

Wow, it's hard to believe that it's been over a year now since Shayne Sherman, a mortgage loan officer and I, a real estate agent launched Credit Builders Inc.

And it's amazing how many home buyers have gone through our credit repair program and are now proud homeowners. Some of these people were clients that Shayne or I represented in the real estate transaction. Many others were actually represented by other lenders and realtors.

As soon as we decided to start the credit repair company, we made a decision to design a program that would not only benefit our real estate business, but would also be available to help other lenders and realtors.

For example, Y.S., was a Credit Builders client that was represented by a real estate agent (not by me or even anyone within my own real estate company--Prudential One Realty) and another morgage loan officer (not Shayne Sherman and also not a loan officer from Shayne's company--Indigo Financial Group, Elkhart.

Y.S. started credit repair with an Experian Score of 496, Transunion Score of 542, and an Equifax score of 594. Three and half months later, his Experian score was up 116 points to 612. His Transunion was up 199 points to 661. And his Experian score was up 40 points to 634.

Y.S. is just one of many happy homeowners thanks to our credit repair company.

BTW, Y.S. bought a home that was listed by Prudential One Realty.

It just doesn't get any better than that!

I think credit repair is ok as long as it's helping people remove or correct bad information.  I do have trouble with the concept when it's used to remove legitimate and deserved derogatory entries.

Wonderful Point.  Visit the group and I'll make that the next topic of discussion.  It's always one that comes up when I talk to other realtors and lenders

I'm not about upping the bank repos buy qualifying buyers who should not be.  But I've been deeply immeshed in credit reports for a year now and it is truly a shame the way people have become victims to faulty information reported.

The program is called "Home Seller Assist" and it provides a much needed solution to Owners that want to Sell their homes and Buyers who can't seem to qualify under the current Bank Lender's tight guidelines.

The Seller generated private mortgage is the solution to selling properties to Buyers who can NOT qualify with traditional lenders.

This is a turnkey-key simple straight forward program that works !

This is a tremendous $$$ opportunity

1) Help Owner Sellers sell their Homes using our PRIVATE FUNDING SOURCES

AND

2) Provides an immediate system for YOU to start earning Multiple Streams of Income that is PAID to YOU Directly!

It doesn't get any better than this. The potential clients and potential member Associates Are ALL AROUND YOU !
