I recently ran numbers for homes priced between $275,000 and $330,000 in Windsor. The current absorption rate in this price point is 18 months; this is considered a Buyers Market.
What that means to Sellers is to be prepared to price your home appropriate and make sure you know the competition. It also means you need to stage your home. Be prepared to pack up, minimalize and show off your home not your family or tastes.
