A recent article from Homes.com stated that of the 94 million consumers who visited a real estate site in May 2014, 58% came from a mobile device. The National Association of Realtors reported that 79% of consumers will leave a non friendly site and go to a competing site that is mobile friendly. Keeping this in mind it's important to know - Is Your Website Mobile-Friendly?
Here is Google's criteria for a Mobile-Friendly Site:
1. Avoids software not common on mobile devices - ie. Flash
2. Uses text that is readable without zooming.
3. Sizes content to the screen so users don't have to scroll from side to side or zoom.
4. Places links far enough apart to easily tap the one you want.
Take Google's Mobile-Friendly Site Test to see if your site passes.
