Well Folks, it’s that time again … time to review your New Year’s Resolutions.
Welcome ... to 2015, the Year of Change.

It is almost mid-January in the new year, and by now you must have a good idea as to the progress of your New Year’s Resolutions.
Now, I am sure many of you vowed to visit the gym at least more than you visit
Great Aunt Ethel or to shed those extra pounds and say goodbye to that extra piece of pumpkin pie.
Of course it is always good to evaluate your steps and
make sure you are on the right track to honoring your goals.
But today, this message is not about the goals that are so tangible,
this is about the resolutions for Self.
This year, have you made resolutions for your SELF? Your true self, your inner self?
Perhaps you agree to be more accepting and less judgmental of your own actions.
Today may be the day, that you decide to end the relationship, to break up with those pesky little critters we call… doubt, fear, anxiety, judgment, and sorrow.
Have you vowed to be the best person you can be by always treating yourself and others with respect and kindness?
It is NEVER too late to make a resolution of change.
Every day is the perfect day for revitalization.

Surprisingly, these resolutions are some of the easiest to keep because they are resolutions of pure Love and Light for your being.
Know that when you make these resolutions you can expect them to be resolved!
Yes, it takes strength. It takes conviction and courage.
It takes dedication and commitment. But the good news is …
you already have ALL of those tools right there in your bag.
You ARE strong
You ARE courageous
You ARE dedicated and willing to GO THE DISTANCE
Stand tall in the knowing that EVERYTHING YOU NEED, YOU ALREADY HAVE.
All positive and healing energies are heading your way in this very moment.
Every single day is cause for celebration. Every single day.
Make today your day to Resolve for Change!
