A "bonus room" to one person may be a fully developed game room with hardwood floors, pool table and a fireplace. To another, the "bonus room" may be unfinished walls for storage of 30 year old card board boxes. An "energy efficient" dryer may mean the latest modern dryer with highly efficient energy usage. To another, "energy efficient" dryer may mean a clothes line.
It is kind of fun to actually see the home and "interpret" some of the code words.
A "Cozy" home to one person may mean a nome nestled on a charming street along side a brook with a picket fence. To another "Cozy" may mean....this home is "tiny". You may have to breathe in to get past the furniture.
