If this list doesn't convince home buyers to work with a professional, nothing will!

This post is almost overwhelming, which goes to show that buyuers and sellers alike can easily become overwhelmed going it on their own.

WOW, Anita. After seeing this infographic, I wonder why any buyer or seller would want to go it alone without the assistance of a local REALTOR.

Anita - Love the infographic, and I would imagine that 179 Reasons Why Buyers Should Use a Realtor may be enough to convince at least some of them.

WOW Anita, we do work hard, don't we? I'm ready to rest after reading this post. Reality is, buyers have no reason to play the role of a Realtor. Let the professionals do what they do best.

I am with Beth on this that we do work hard and the reasons go on and on. Do we really get paid enough to do all of that?
