Granada Hills Real Estate Market and Homes Sold on 2014

79 Homes were sold on the First Quarter of 2014,  the highest number of homes (30)were in the price range of 400k to 500k.

 

The second place was the price range of 500k to 600k with 18 close escrows in the same quarter. Minimum day on market: 1, Average 48 and maximum 288.

 

Lowest sales priced $ 223,000 with 4 bedrooms and 2 bath closed escrow on 01/24/14 and highest sales price $ 1,280,000 with 5 bedrooms, 5 bath built in 2003, with 4614 sq ft home and 23667 sq ft lot.

 

You will see and increase of 38% comparing the lowest sales price on the 1st quarter to 2nd quarter on which the lowest was $300,000..

 

121 Homes were sold on the 2nd Quarter of 2014,  the highest number of homes sold 42 were in the price range of 400k to 500k.
 
The second place was the price range of 500k to 600k with 34 closed escrows in the same quarter. Minimum day on market: 1, Average 47 and maximum 213.
 
Lowest sales priced $300,000 with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath closed escrow on 01/24/14 and highest sales price $1,450,000 with 6 bedrooms, 6 bath built in 2002, with 5200 sq ft home and 143087 sq ft lot.
 

 

You will see and increase of 38% comparing the lowest sales price on the 1st quarter to 2nd quarter on which the lowest was $300,000.
 
132 Homes were sold on the 3rd Quarter of 2014,  the highest number of homes sold 45 were in the price range of 400k to 500k.
 
The second place was the price range of 500k to 600k with 31 closed escrows in the same quarter. Minimum day on market: 4, Average 43 and maximum 126.
 
Lowest sales priced $280,000 with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath closed escrow on 08/24/14 and highest sales price $1,535,000 with 5 bedrooms, 5 bath built in 2006, with 4837 sq ft home and 19806 sq ft lot.
 
You will see and increase of 38% comparing the lowest sales price on the 1st quarter to 2nd quarter on which the lowest was $300,000..
 
122 Homes were sold on the 4th Quarter of 2014, 43 of those were in the price range 400-500K. the 2nd place 34 within the 500-600K range with minimun days on the market: 0, average 69 and maximum of 439 days.
 
Lowest sales price 150K with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and 998 sq feet, the highest sold for $1,500,000 with 6 bedroom, 6 bath, 5093 sq feet and built on 2002 and 23623 sq ft lot. 
 
There was an small increase in the number of homes sold on 2014: 453 vs 446 on 2013.
