This January's deep cold is definitely affecting us all. We are cocooning in our homes. 
I'll get a call about doing a consult and then the client decides to wait a while. After all there is no rush to get on the market. It's so cold.
Personally I think it slows the thinking process LOL. Must be the ice crystals in our brains.
A couple thinking of downsizing went out to look at a home by the water. They are retired, have just finished fixing up their home for sale and are starting to look.
What do they go and see >>>> a multi-leveled house that needs a lot of work! Oh yes, it's not smaller either. The location attracted them but the problems with the house made them come to their senses ;).
Sellers should be using this time to update their homes for sale.
Get ready now. Spring will come .... eventually ;).
