2014 Timberlake Home Sales
For the fourth year in a row, Timberlake home sales have increased. During this past year 40 homes were sold. This compares to 37 in 2013, 25 in 2012, and 22 in 2011.

The average sale price last year was $125,807 compared to $98,369 in 2013, a 28% improvement. The average square footage was 1,500, and the average year of the home was 1994. The highest sales price was $313,000 and the lowest was $38,000.
How Fast Did Homes Sell?
70% of the homes that sold in 2014, sold within 90 days of being listed. Five homes sold within a week of going on the market and fourteen sold within a month.
