Amanda, some great data for your consumers in the Dallas Metroplex concerning which home improvements bring a greater return on re-sale dollars.

Can I assume that remodeling a man cave with wall to wall GREEN BAY PACKERS  memorabilia would not add value to a future Dallas home sale???  ^_~

Why  Amanda Thomas , I would be that buyer as Vince Lombardi is still THE MAN.  Why you weren't even born yet to know the Dallas horrors of losing those two consecutive NFL title games to Green Bay in the NFL Championship Games of 1966-67 and 1967-68.  Big D had some awesome teams back then but lost two heartbreakers to my Packers.

Send me pictures when you find such a home in Dallas, Amanda!   ^_~
