Anyone can do it. To start-
- Sit quietly
- Focus on your breath
- When your attention wanders, bring it back to your breath
- Practice daily-start with 5 minutes and gradually increase your practice
It's that easy. I know it's hard to believe that something so simple could be so effective. I've been practicing for several years and feel a subtle positive shift in my actions & reactions.

My practice is simple. Every morning, I wake up before the rest of the family. After feeding cats, fish and a guinea pig, I meditate.
