Ouch! Day 4 after the Accident

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with The Mortgage & Property Connection

Well I was told that I would really be feeling the pain at 72 hours.  Well I did feel worse, but I feel the worst today.  I awoke at 3:30 am to a very nasty back ache.  When I sat up I realized every muscle in my body ached.

Yesterday my right hand and wrist were very sore.  I must have gripped the steering wheel when the airbags went off. I simply don't remember...

Yes, I think it's a two Vicodin day.

This is my therapeutic babbling from the original blog:

The positives...

This really freaked my kids out.  I'm pretty much a rock with them.  When they need help I'm always there.  I'm a strict parent and I don't beat around the bush when it comes to them doing the right thing or the wrong thing.  Anything that gets them to think is a good thing.  Who know that raising kids would be a life sentence :-)   My kids are 30 and 28 (that's years not months!)

Dorene - Sorry about the accident, you will feel better in time, our bodies just don't like that slamming around that happens with accidents and they let us know with the aches and pains. Rest and take your pills.

I'm so sorry about your accident.  Just take the vicoden and let yourself heal.  That must have been terrifying.  Try to sleep as much as you can.
