As Realtors, we try to take pride in staying in contact with our clients and customers. Yet I have already received two emails this morning with a reply address of noreply@_____.com.
Doesn't that tell your audience that you are only interested in talking and not listening?
I thought CRM stood for Customer Relationship Management? Doesn't a successful relationship take two way communication? Don't you want feedback and interaction with the people that you are sending your messages to?
Don't you want to see who's emails are bouncing back instead of just letting your software handle it via programming code? Don't you want to engage the people in your data base to know their thoughts? Don't you want (and need) feedback?
In my opinion, email blasts that include a noreply email address is proof of a CDM (Constant Dictator Method) not a Customer Relationship Management!
Speaking of feedback, I would appreciate yours on why people use such one sided communication. I have often replied on purpose to emails that included a noreply email address just to see what happens. Typically, you don't even get an autoresponder or anything saying that address isn't monitored, so you just assume you are being ignored.
I do want your feedback and comments. Therefore, PleaseReply@.....
