Oakwood Estates is located just a little more than a mile south of Mack Hatcher Parkway, on Lewisburg Pike. It is just across from Redwing Farms and just south of Sullivan Farms. This location means that you are just a short drive into Historic Downtown Franklin, TN.
Most Oakwood Estates homes range from 2,000 to 4,500 square feet and sit on lots that are about an acre, but some are as large as 3.5 acres and one lot is even 6 acres.
