Look at or Buy a Home in Danbury,CT?

Real Estate Agent with William Pitt Sotheby's International Realty CT RES.0783448

Do you want to look at homes or do you want to buy one?

Long gone are the days that you would to go into your real estate agents office to find about homes for sale.Anyone can look at homes these days. It’s called the internet. Most sellers don’t even want public open houses anyone since buyers can look see everything online.  Some people use online house hunting as one of their hobbies even when they have no motivation or interest in moving. They just like to see how people decorate their homes and what people are trying to get for their houses.

In order to be a considered a buyer, there has to be several things to
occur. You have a definite timeframe of when you would like to be settled in. You have the financial means to purchase a home. Your credit worthiness is rated and employment standings are more than substantial to qualify for financing. You have valid reasons for moving, such as you need more room for your family, move closer to work, tired of being a renter or living with family, want a better environment to live in, or something really motivating you to get out of where you are currently living.  You are aware of what your price range is and have somewhat of an understanding on what your money get can you, , and you are comfortable with it.

As a full-time real estate professional in the Danbury CT area, I do not make a living driving all over the place at all hours of the day every day of the week opening up doors. My business involves more than that opening doors. I can not invest my time running around showing homes to every Tom,Dick and Harry that is around. I can only invest my limited time, resources, skill set and attention to serious motivated clients. I am only compensated for my efforts when a successful closing occurs. I am not going to disturb homeowners if have no intentions of purchasing their home. If you are not serious about buying real estate, please leave me alone.  However, if you are commited to purchasing a home in the near time freame, please contat me.

Jonathan, seeing fewer lookie-loos these days.   If the buyer doesn't work toward a loan preapproval, they just don't get much attention.  Hope you have a productive year!
