Payette's Miracle Field

The late, great baseball player Harmon Killebrew's hometown was Payette Idaho and his dream was to create Miracle Fields, where people with disabilities could play baseball.  He and his wife created 12 Miracle Fields in different areas of the country during his lifetime, and now a committee in Payette is raising money to build one in Payette, appropriately named after Harmon Killebrew.  The committee has raised $150,000 and only has $50,000 left to raise.  Click here for a wonderful news story from KBOI Channel 2 about this terrific project and an interview with Harmon Killebrew's widow.  ______________________________________________________________________________________________________
