Pinellas County Florida Single Family Home Absorption Rate - 2014

All indications are showing that 2015 may be a very good year for Florida real estate, Barbara-Jo.  If I were in the market, I would act sooner than later.

Yes home sales are rising for sure.  My new favorite Neighborhood of Tesoro has not sold anything in 10 years and since August we sold 5 and have listed another 9.  And now there are 12 sold besides ours.
