New Toll Brothers Carlsbad Homes at Robertson Ranch - Update
The landscape along El Camino Real in north Carlsbad just south of Tamarack has undergone an amazing transformation as the Toll Brothers new home community at Robertson Ranch takes shape.
It wasn’t all that long ago that these rolling hills were covered with tomato fields. The shape of the hills has changed, too, to make way for roads, sewers, and new homes.
It’s an impressive undertaking with plans for 672 homes (detached single family and condos) including some commercial space, plus parks, open space, hiking/biking trails, a pool and community center. Resident children will attend the Carlsbad Unified Schools.
No details have been released yet but plans are for homes to start selling this year.
