 Hey West Meaders (or West Meade wanna-bes)! Here is what happened real estate wise in your neighborhood in December 2014.  There were 8 home sales ranging in price from $242,500 to $780,000. That gives us an average of $158.36 sales price per square foot.

And wow are they selling fast!  Average days on market comes in at 78, even during the "slow" month of December.

Though homes in the $200,000 range are fewer and further between, this market report does show that this price range is still possible in West Meade!
