 Good morning Bob. That is a lot of snow. As far as work goes, it is doing well. We're about on pace to equal or even do better than what we did last January.

Good morning Bob. Always great to reflect on how the month is going, as time waits for none of us. We had a serious amount of rain here yesterday.

I am off to a busier January too.  Working with five buyers.  It has been a few years since I have been working with that many.

So glad to hear that, Bob.  Our first week was great, and last week I was away on Convention for some great learning.

We are enjoying a balmy 77 degrees here in southern California but I do love the snow especially when I see the crashes on the freeways across the nation from black ice. Stay safe and of course busy too!

So far the year is moving about as well as I hoped.  A lot of ground work was done last fall to get this year started will also.

Bob, so far I am loving the new year. On track with all the things I wanted to do.

We have had our share of overcast days but no snow. If we can't have snow for Christmas, I don't care to see it at all. It's 63º right now and I'm really enjoying it.

Bob, we're enjoying sunshine but that snow looks beautiful.  Glad to hear you're off to a busy start for 2015, hope it stays that way for all of us.

I like the black and white effect of the photo. I can't believe we are at the 3rd week of the year. I told a friend it is less almost 10 months from putting her Christmas tree up again.
