Patricia Marshall

Hello,

My name is Patricia and I live in the Brazos Bend Park area.  My husband owns a "hardscape" company and he designs and builds patios, shade structures, water features, etc.

I would like to become involved in New Home sales after earning a real estate license later this summer.  I am excited about the new developments taking place around Richmond, Texas especially the Lakes of Williams Ranch.  Do you have any advice you can give me on how to get involved in New Home sales in this area?

Thank you,

Patricia Marshall
