Vegas Bob & Tammy Lankford - Ringing & Singing in the Rain ;o)

 

Robert Swetz aka "Vegas Bob" has known Tammy Lankford for so many years at the ActiveRain network, it seems like forever.

Tammy and I have gone back and forth with comments, emails, but never a phone call.

Tammy has emailed me information on properties on Lake Sinclair many times, but I never knew until we spoke just how large Lake Sinclair is.

Just before I called Tammy, I Googled a map of Lake Sinclair and some information on Tammy's profile page at the ActiveRain network, so I was covered by questions that I might ask her.

 

For 25 years now I have purchased Lake & river properties for investment so I knew what questions to ask Tammy.

Questions like ...

 

 

1. Distance of setbacks from the lake for building a home?

2. How large a vacant lot needs to be for a septic system?

3. How much taxes are around Lake Sinclair?

4. Approx how many homes are located with lake frontage?

5. The size of Lake Sinclair? ... Etc.

I really wasn't testing Tammy with my questions because I know how much she knows about Lake Sinclair, by reading her posts and blogs within the ActiveRain network.

Tammy is a "Owner, Broker and True Professional" of Lane Realty in Eatonton Georgia ...

 

And if I was to purchase a vacant lake lot or lake home around Lake Sinclair, Tammy would be my Realtor of choice ;o)

Hello Joy ... thanks for stopping by and there are some other questions when purchasing vacant land that I didn't ask Tammy.

1.  Is there power on the property and if not, how far away is it?

2.  Does the lot or land have a deeded road or easement?

3.  Is there a well on the property? Public water? Sewer?

Hello Debbie and our phone conversation came about because of you "Ringing & Singing in the Rain Challenge" ;o)

But VB is sorry Debbie because Tammy Lankford is the lady of the hour ;o) ... Just kidding, but she is and thanks for stopping by, and my friend Michael Thornton said that you where a person that people should meet also ...

And Vegas Bob would like go meet Tammy some day in the future, maybe VB will have to fly to Lake Sinclair and have Tammy show me some properties ;o)
