I'm looking to find an agent that can work with me and move their License to my Team...to New Homes Realty, Inc This are the areas that I need an agent:
* Chester County
* Lancaster
I work with New Homes Realty, Inc and I cover the whole South Central PA areas with my office, " SOUTH CENTRAL PA TEAM" ..... I'm starting to get lead/buyers for the areas of Chester County as well Lancaster, last month along I got over 30+ raw leads for Chester County and 15 for Lancaster. This leads don't cost us any extra money, is part of our company services, we get leads via a text to our cell, this leads are buyers that is requesting info on our homes on our web site...sort of like you seating on phone duty and getting a call from a prospective buyer. Our company www.newhomes.comget most of the buyers on-line. That seam to be where all the buyers are shopping for homes, cars, stuff, etc...
The areas I cover are York and Harrisburg and keeps me busy. I just got an agent that is going to help me with York Territory....that way I can mainly work with the buyers I'm getting for Harrisburg. ( Doctors relocating to the area).

Under my Team the commission will be 55% for you, and 45% for the company. If you create the buyer, then it's 60% for you & 40% for NHR. They also supply us with buyers from NAEBA. As you know those are better qualify buyers, the majority are Cash buyers or approved and ready to buy. All our training is done via Internet and from your home office, you are required to have a home office. Our main office is located in MD but we never go there, when we have a meeting it will be done via a conference call.
