Where are Mortgage Interest Rates Headed?
Mortgage Interest Rates have been been on a downward trend since late December. They peaked a few days ago and have started to move up again. Is this a trend or will they reverse and continue their downward movement again.
Believe it or not a lot of that depends on what goes on in Europe with the quantitative easing they have been discussing.
