Happy New Year, Whispering Lakes Ranch residents, and best wishes for a continued improvement in our home values! As we look back over 2014, we had 23 home sales, ranging from a low price of $440,000 to a high of $740,000 with a median price of $560,000. On a per square foot basis, we finished strong with a median price per foot of $119, continuing the price per foot that we’ve experienced for much of 2014.
The total volume of sales were down slightly from 2013 (26 compared to 2014’s 2013), but the median price has increased from 2013’s $548,074, and more importantly, price per foot has jumped a whopping 7.2% over the $111 per foot of 2013!
