Rally the Troops…..Let’s Get This Project Going!

 

It is rare for me to write two posts in one day, but for this I am making an exception.

 

Joni Staples and I are on a mission.  We want to make Karen Anne Stone a millionaire.

Some of you may remember Karen Anne.   She had surgery quite some time ago. 

 

And, we lost her….she hasn’t been back to give us an update.  Several people have tried to locate her, but have come up empty-handed.

 

Karen Anne was a great asset to this community. And, she wrote great and witty posts.

 

Her comments were often priceless, too.

 

So, here’s the challenge.  Pick a post, write a comment and like her post.  If enough of us work on this, she will be the newest millionaire before a week is out.

 

Will you help?  I sure hope you can.  I would love to see her at least retire with a Million!

Karen Anne Stone was always one of my favorites and her loss has been devastating. I too tried to find her to no avail. I'm in Ron Marshall !!!

I probably should have put it in my comments...but shortly after I wrote this post. Kerrie called and told Chief Cook that she had made her a millionaire.  I don't know if she will ever get more points than that, but at least she made it!  Thanks to all of you for your concern for Karen Anne, and your great comments, too!

It has been some time now that ActiveRainers have had concerns for Karen Anne.  I believe she is from the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  I'm wondering if there are other ActiveRainers, from there, who knew here personally enough to check up on her.  I recall at one point hearing she had a daughter.  But, don't know much more than that.  I do hope she is well, and happy!  Her last postings about an upcoming heart surgery, leave reason for concern.

I too have wondered about Karen Ann - and whether she recovered. She was one of the first people to give me help and advice when I started blogging here, so I have a soft spot in my heart for her.

Ron - Quite a long time ago now I remember reading a post by someone who had been to visit her in the hospital - so it must have been a member who lives in her city. Maybe you could follow that path to track her down.
