Located on Cypress Creek Road, a few blocks East of Anderson Mill, you will find this gem. 1901 Sun Chase Blvd. With over 42 acres of land it is easy to see why this park is the center of outdoor venues for locals. Large oak trees provide plenty of shade, as well as plenty of tree climbing opportunities. Ramada's, basketball, baseball, soccer, BMX track, sand volleyball and top of the line play structures.

Swim park is onsite and serves the local neighborhoods. Some community's, like Anderson Mill West, don't have a formal HOA and so therefore don't have a community pool. No problem! Elizabeth Milburn park offers water slides, lap lanes, splash pad and ramadas. Residents of Cedar Park can get a season pass for $50 a year, or only $100 for the entire family!
How about all the events you can enjoy? Movies in the park, Fourth of July fireworks, easter egg hunts, concerts in the park series, and of course... The Cedar Park Heritage Festival. Local homeowners have the ease of walking to these great festivities.
Want to live within a few blocks of this great park? You are in luck! Cypress Mill, Anderson Mill West, Deer Creek, Ranch at Cypress Creek, Twin Creeks, Canyon Springs..... all just a few blocks.
