Turning up RPM's a couple degrees to literally spin, promise to play more music per hour.

And make other stations' versions of the same songs sound slow, dragging. 

Prizes like the Cracker Jack toy hiding beneath the carmel and peanuts. Used to label it bribery to keep listeners tuned in. To improve those all important quarter hour ratings during the sweeps to hoist the advertising rate card charge numbers.

What do you peddle that is worthwhile for anyone out in the four corners of the Earth's audience? And the way you deliver it, is that riding on a chasis of creative style? That make it all the better and more memorable tasty.

Not for the entire real estate audience, but available for those who can relate to you.

Has to have a snippet of lots of essential seasonings. Stirred with love, folded into the mix.

To attract attention, to develop interest, create desire and ultimately lead to action.

The results for lift off. End zone destination arrival for all you do.

Otherwise why bother machining them to look, quack, walk rock and roll like a blog post that comes up short? Passion delivering the message. Or ho hum. Pretty much like most of the garden variety ones that show up on the Internet and clutter. Eat up time. Take up space. Life is short. Blog better, with purpose.

Hunt and peck to make the ones that stand out to get people to dance, sing along and take notice. Come back for seconds, thirds, more. Not covers, reblogs, but original real estate blog posts.

Troy ... Nothing circus or smoke or glass. Just rich in creating the setting of the local community, the property listings with your sign out front needing a new owner. Introduce it all to the people you pick out, see and connect with in the audience.
