Here come the listings!  As expected, listing numbers continue to climb - four weeks ago there were 26 new listings from Crestline, through Lake Arrowhead and up to Green Valley Lake (and everywhere in between).  This week there are 50 new listings including two lakefront properties.  Buyer activity is definitely increased and the media is starting to support the idea that now is the time to buy.

Good info Greg.  We have not seen a large uptick in listings yet but there are a lot of interested owners calling in to see what their properties are worth.  We should start to see listings pick up in the next month or so. 

Keep up the good market stats.  Informed clients are better clients!
