Time to put on your chef's hat at Barrington Hall cooking classes. Join Roswell’s own Chef John Wilson in the kitchen at Historic Barrington Hall for an entertaining and engaging evening of gastronomical delight! Chef Wilson will present a full array of classes based on classic European cuisine and cooking skills. Reservations are required and space is limited so make your reservations today! Cost is $50 per person per class and includes all materials and food.

Classes will take place 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Tuesday’s in the home’s modern kitchen:
- Jan. 27 – “A Salute to Julia Child: Classic French Cooking”
- Feb. 10 – “Couples Cooking For Valentine’s Day” ($75 per person)
- Feb. 24 – “Winter in Italy”
- March 10 – “Pizza Workshop”
- March 24 – “Growing and Cooking with Fresh Herbs”
- April 7 – “Couple’s Grilling”
- April 21 – “It’s Greek to Me”
- May 5 – “Cinco de Mayo”
- May 19 – “Southern Supper”
- June 2 – “Basic Italian Workshop, Part 1”
- June 16 – “Basic Italian Workshop, Part 2”
- June 30 – “Basic Italian Workshop, Part 3”
Guests will sample their creations each night while enjoying complimentary wine. A free mini tour of Barrington Hall is also included.
