Great post Scott. Pricing condos is easy. Pricing unique homes can be a little tougher and that is where the skill of an experienced Realtor as in Scott Godzyk come in and very valuable.

That is one reason I don't use those online tools to give property evaluations. They can be so far off that a seller could be totally discouraged and move on.
