Weekend Round up

Morning Rainers! What a great weekend it was! No I didn't sell any houses or win any listings but I did do what I do best... network! Last year, when I first started in real estate I had several people approach me about buying vs renting. So they got a little bit excited and then the holidays hit and now the spark is back! I met with one of my clients for lunch last last week as he was explaining everything and how he's tired of renting.  I explained my thoughts on buying vs renting and just layed out my thoughts and how we should approach the situation. He agreed.  I got on the horn with Grant Bomsta and asked him a couple quick questions and next thing you know we are meeting tomorrow to start the prequal process.  I m very excited to see how excited they are! Thats why I love what I do! 

I also had some late night sushi with a client and friend that was a first time hme buyer last year.  Great guy and I just wanted to follow up with him to see how the condo was and more importantly how he is doing.  I just love networking and seeing how people ar doing! It's one of my strengths and something I will continue to do and harness over my real estate career! Have a great week!
