Important February Dates for Rivermoore Park residents
There are several important dates that are coming up for the residents of Rivermoore Park in Suwanee.
On February 13 and 14, there will be a neighborhood wide garage sale. All residents are invited to participate both days, or just one if you prefer. The committee will handle putting ads in all the usual places and signs at the front of the community at the entrance. Homeowners just need to have your sign directing them to your individual home.
There will be three more Neighborhood Garage Sales this year. They are always the 2nd weekend of the second month of each quarter.
The other important date in Rivermoore Park in February is the 23rd. This is the annual homeowners meeting and will be held at the North Gwinnett High School Media Center. Rivermoore residents will be receiving a notice of this along with a proxy to sign to give authority to someone you trust to vote for you if………… and only if they are not going to be able to attend. Attendance by the residents is always preferable. This is the way for our residents to have a clear understanding of what is approved, what needs to be approved for the coming year and what was done the previous year.
Rivermoore Park is a community located in Suwanee on the Moore Road corridor. There are over
