Top 10 Gilbert Home Sales in 2014 - Part 1

Now that 2014 is over and we are heading into the New Year full steam ahead, I wanted to share with everyone the Top 10 Gilbert home sales in 2014. After all, who doesn't love Top 10 lists, and who doesn't enjoy looking at the most luxurious homes in their community?

I will be starting off with number 10 and working my way to the number 6 top selling home in Gilbert AZ in this post to build up the suspense. If you can't wait to see number one on the list, you will have to click on this link to go to the Top 10 Gilbert home sales in 2014 - Part 2.

 

Home number 10 is situated in northeast Gilbert, just south of the Superstition Freeway (US-60). It is located near Downtown Gilbert, Freestone District Park, Kokopelli Golf Club and Western Skies Golf Club, as well as SanTan Village, with shopping and restaurants.

Homes number 9 through 6 are located in southeast Gilbert, south of the SanTan Freeway (202) and east of Val Vista Road. These homes are also near SanTan Village, as well as Seville Golf and Country Club, Trilogy Golf Club at Power Ranch, and Discovery District Park. Never fear if you think the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and Arizona State University (ASU) are too far away, as the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, and Arizona State University Polytechnic Campus are only minutes away from these beautiful homes.

Joni - I know sales were a lot more prevalent in the first quarter of 2014. Things leveled off in the middle of the year, and then things really slowed down around September, through the end of the year. I think it was just the market more than anything else.
