We all do it. We go to a listing appointment as prepared as can be and armed with statistics and data that shows we know what we are doing. We have done our homework, have a good price range in mind for this home, and know exactly how we will market the property. It is all going well until the potential seller says "You sure are making a lot of money for very little work!". 

At that point you know all they are thinking about is how "overpaid" agents are and that they believe they could FSBO their home and save on the commission. Sometimes we can help them off that ledge with facts and reasoning and other times we wish them well.

For sellers who are not sure why they need a Realtor® to assist them with the sale of their home, below are 200+ reasons to convince you otherwise. While not all-inclusive, this list should give you an idea of many of the tasks your agent will do for you or on your behalf.

Anita, that is one large infographic and I will confess I did not read all 200 reasons.  I would guess that anyone considering a FSBO would get discouraged real quick by seeing that graphic

Hopefully they would see the "light" quickly, Ed. Typically, FSBOs take longer to sell and close for less than homes that are represented by an agent.
