Now that 2014 is over and we are heading into the New Year full steam ahead, I wanted to share with everyone the Top 10 Gilbert home sales in 2014. After all, who doesn't love Top 10 lists, and who doesn't enjoy looking at the most luxurious homes in their community?
I will be starting off with number 5 in this post, and working my way to the number one top selling home in Gilbert AZ to build up the suspense.
Home number 3 is situated in northeast Gilbert, just south of the Superstition Freeway (US-60). It is located near Downtown Gilbert, Freestone District Park, Kokopelli Golf Club and Western Skies Golf Club, as well as SanTan Village, with shopping and restaurants.
