Getting High on San Diego

One never needs any stimulants to get high on San Diego - Just take the Elevator. This elevator is a part of the San Diego Pedestrian Bridge Downtown linking Petco Ball Park with the Convention Center.

I really liked the design of this as well as the walking bridge itself. I am not sure whose job it is to keep everything looking shiny and new but they are certainly doing a good job of it.

San Diego Pedestrian Bridge

This iconic bridge is one smart addition to downtown and serves the Convention center patrons as well as Petco Park and all the shopping downtown. Next time you are visiting or plan to be at one of the many events, make it point to walk this bridge. The view up Harbor Drive is stunning.

This Photo was taken standing right in the middle of the new Pedestrian Bridge. The Red trolley System is on the right and the Tram ( green roof) is on the left. The very best way to see and enjoy what Downtown San Diego has to offer is walking. If you get tired, you can always grab a pedicab, trolley ride or jump on the tram.

Hi David Shamansky , It is a good place. I think my two favorite cities in California are Santa Barbara and San Diego. But there are many other areas that also fabulous like Carmel and Big Sur. The best weather though is in San Diego. That is if you like mostly  sunny and warm days,

While I'm not really a metal construction gal when it comes to admiring its beauty, I must say there is a sleek drama presented by the structures in your pictures. San Diego is a very modern and beautiful city. . .The weather doesn't hurt either!

I'm afraid of heights so I'm not very good on bridges but your photos are awesome.
